A bag desired even before it existed.
The design and name of the Wish were born from a collective request from customers. It was also the piece that marked the beginning of entirely leather linings in the brand's bags.

More than a hundred customers placed the first order.
Wish started with a petition from more than a hundred customers in the VIP group. They asked for the design, and one of them suggested the name: Wish, a wish. The creation was born from this conversation between the brand and those who already used its bags.

From jeans and sneakers to a party look.
Customer requests weren't limited to a single occasion. Wish was designed to complement different styles, from jeans and sneakers to party looks. The same piece, chosen simply for the pleasure of wearing it.

Attention to the interior became part of the collection.
Wish marked the beginning of full-grain leather linings in the brand's bags. This decision brought the same attention to the outside to the inside of the piece and began to guide other designs.
Our Story · Since 2009
From a first design in Belo Horizonte
to the runways of London.
At 23, Juliana Calori designed her first bag, which won an award in a competition organized by the newspaper Estado de Minas. The creation led to an invitation to work at Luiza Barcelos. She decided to forge her own path and start her brand.
Aos 23, Juliana Calori desenhou sua primeira bolsa, premiada em um concurso do jornal Estado de Minas. A criação trouxe um convite para trabalhar na Luiza Barcelos. A decisão foi seguir um caminho próprio e começar a marca.
A {E}PORTARE was born in the backyard of the founder's parents' home in Belo Horizonte. Production began with the challenge of finding skilled labor to turn the designs into pieces. Gradually, customers from other states arrived. From 2015 onward, Instagram helped bring the creations to more women.
The Minas Gerais-inspired designs were showcased in different seasons of London Fashion Week, in Doha, and at a luxury rental store in Berlin. In Paris, the brand received an award at the Best of Brazil in Europe event, held at the Eiffel Tower.
“It's not just about bags. It's about self-esteem, happiness, and well-being.” The founder's words summarize the intention behind this journey. It is reflected in the easy-to-open clasp, the strap that rests comfortably on the shoulder, and the care taken to create a piece that becomes part of the life of the person who uses it.
