As soon as the order ships, you will receive the tracking code by email and WhatsApp. Enter the code above to track the delivery on the Correios website.

Shipping by carrier

When the shipment is made by a partner carrier, the tracking link is included with the shipping notification. If you cannot find it, contact us via WhatsApp (31) 99166-1500 or loja@eportare.com.br with the order number.

Deadlines

In-stock items ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation; made-to-order items follow the production timeframe listed on the product page. The delivery timeframe is determined by the carrier and begins from the shipping date. Learn more on Shipping and delivery.
