Items made specifically according to customer specifications are not eligible for exchange or return.

Production begins only after customer approval.
Because these items are made exclusively for each client, they do not automatically qualify for the right of withdrawal applicable to standard online purchases.
The customer may request assistance within 90 days after delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:
Repair the item at no cost
or
Replace the product
For made-to-order items:
Changes are allowed only before production begins.
